Why is this important?  Because there’s no point in exercising if you aren’t going to do it properly.  This means safely just as much as it means having an effective workout.  It also means efficiently, as there’s no need to perform ‘x’ amount of work if ‘half of x’ works just as well. 

How can we guarantee it?  Although the science behind exercise is pretty well understood by most trainers, there is an art to proper exercise instruction.  This ‘art’ is seldom mastered.  When encountered, however, the difference is plain as day. 

Using the feedback you give us, both verbal and through observation, it is possible to maximize your time with us to the point that each workout goal is met within approximately 30 minutes.  And again with such high quality workouts, only 2-3 workouts at the most need to be performed each week.  Most clients opt for 2 workouts, while many others can only manage 1 due to schedule or budgetary reasons.
