We are proud to offer what we think is the best option in the area for group exercise with our ‘Boot Camp Circuit Exercise’ sessions. 

Unlike the typical aerobics-based boot camp class, which will usually include more people than can be monitored safely by the instructor, we limit our class size to 5 people while utilizing 3 trainers. 

Additionally, all the exercise performed in this class is comprised of safe and effective resistance training movements (chest press, lunge, etc.). 

And finally, each and every set of exercise you perform during your 30 minutes is monitored by a trainer.  Because of the sequences used during the class, very little rest is utilized – if any – meaning that your heart and lungs get just as good of a workout as your hips, thighs, and torso muscles. 

With some good music pumping in the background, and up to 4 other trainees, you'll fly right through a -- dare we say it? -- 'fun' half hour of hard work!

Boot Camp ‘Thigh & Torso Blast’ classes occur M-Th evenings, starting at 6PM.  ‘Arm & Ab Assault’ on Saturdays starting at 1030AM. 

Please book your slot in advance.  The cost is $20 per class or $120 per calendar month*.

 

*Two classes per week MAX, choose from 1 weeknight and 1 Saturday AM workout; it is possible to take up to 9 classes in a calendar month.
